Anyone who knows me, knows I am a huge fan of the Mackin company. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are a wonderful company, run by a small family, who I have had the pleasure of knowing. Their customer service is top notch! When you call the company, you actually get a person (such a rare thing these days!) and emails are answered just as quickly. When ordering books their processing is free. That's right I said free. That includes MARC Records, spine labels, barcode labels, and mylar covers. Anything special is a bit extra in cost, but most of those extras I have never needed. In addition to books Mackin provides many databases which you can purchase directly through them, and an amasing makerspace collection. I know I am missing quite a bit that they offer. Their website is easy to navigate and creating an account is easy. Every area has a customer service representative who is willing to help you. New Jersey has one of the best. My representative, Jessica Gottlieb is amazing. Every school librarian in New Jersey knows her, and loves how easy she makes it for us to work with Mackin.
